Online Purchase Terms and Conditions
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but it’s easy to return to us if you’ve changed your mind.
We ask for communication of notice within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding the return so we can prepare for it and provide you with a return code that you will need to complete your returns slip. We will only accept items that are unused and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please be sure to include a completed returns for enclosed in your package and send to the following address:

We do not accept returns where the product is not received back with us in its original condition and packaging, for example where a CD/vinyl has been opened.
Returns by mail are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your online order return to be processed once this has been received by us.
