Our shipping policy
All items that are in stock when the order is received will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. If an item is not in stock then we will confirm the dispatch with you by email and your order will be shipped when all items are in stock.
As a small business we are on occasion, subject to staff shortages that may cause a small delay to our shipping process, so while we aim to dispatch within working days, please allow up to 5.
We ship globally using a range of mail services that aim to deliver next working day or 2-3 day service normally delivered by Royal Mail. Please note that for non-tracked services, we are not responsible for the parcel once it is with Royal Mail and therefore do not offer compensation for loss or damage.
New items are generally released on a Friday and the date would always be specified on our website. Where possible we will ship pre-orders on Thursday or earlier so that you have your order on the day of release. If other items are ordered with a pre-order, your order will be shipped when the pre-order is ready to be shipped and not before.
Please be advised that PayPal takes a little longer to clear and we can’t ship any orders until the payment has cleared. This usually takes 12 hours to a day to clear.
IOSS Scheme, Shipping to EU
We have subscribed to the IOSS Scheme for shipping to the EU. This means that we are responsible for recording the VAT paid in the customer’s country and reporting that to the relevant authorities. In practice, this means that you should be able to order from us and pay no extra fees.
International customers should be aware that shipping times will be longer. Within Europe, orders will generally be received within 10-14 days. In the rest of the world orders will generally be received within 2-3 weeks.
