We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges of clothing or records in new and unworn condition with original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns of records where the product is not received back with us in its original condition and packaging, for example where a CD/vinyl has been opened. To return your order, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For more information about returns, see our returns page.
We’re delighted to offer a free collection service to customers that will be available on the performance dates of our 11-piece and 5-piece tours between April and July. Please select your date and location carefully as orders will be available for collection at the named venue on the evening of the event only.
Orders placed before 12noon on the day of performance will be available for collection at the stated venue 30 minutes before and after the show, as well as during the interval.
Picking up your order
While you can collect at any point in the evening that the house is open and our stall in staffed, please try to pick up either before or after the show, rather than the interval. The merchandise stand is always at its busiest during the interval, and part of the thinking behind ordering in advance and collecting from shows, is to increase safety by reducing traffic around the stall during the interval!
If your purchase included a pre-order of the Sorrows Away album, this will be shipped to you on release day. We will be in touch by email with the Autumn release date when it is confirmed. If you ordered a Sorrows Away bundle and chose to collect, you can pick up the other non-album items in your bundle.
If in the event, you are unable to collect at the show for any reason, you will be contacted with the choice of either picking up your goods at a different show before the end of June, or to pay for the goods to be shipped.
